Terms of Service

Welcome to Aokaze Studio. By accessing our website, downloading, using, or contributing to any of our projects — including but not limited to games, Android applications, Flutter apps, tools, and source code (collectively "the Projects") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Projects.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our Projects, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Projects after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. License & Usage

Projects at Aokaze Studio follow a mixed model — some are publicly available on GitHub, while others are private or closed source. Each project's availability is determined at our sole discretion.

a. Public Projects (GitHub)

If a project is hosted on our GitHub profile, it is publicly available for viewing. Each public repository may have its own license (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). Please refer to the individual repository for the exact license terms before using, modifying, or distributing the code.

b. Private / Closed Source Projects

Projects that are not available on GitHub are closed source and proprietary. You may not access, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer these projects without explicit written permission.

c. Permitted Use

• You may view, download, and run our public Projects for personal or educational purposes, subject to their individual licenses.
• You may fork, modify, and contribute to our public Projects in accordance with the specific license of each repository.
• You may use our public Projects as inspiration or reference for your own work, provided proper attribution is given where required.

d. Prohibited Use

• You may not claim our Projects as your own work.
• You may not redistribute our Projects in a way that misrepresents the original authorship.
• You may not use our Projects for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract components of our compiled applications beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

All content, design, code, graphics, and media created by Aokaze Studio are our intellectual property unless otherwise attributed. The name "Aokaze Studio," its logo, and project branding are our trademarks. You may not use our branding without explicit permission.

Third-party assets (e.g., game assets, libraries, fonts) used within our Projects are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their licenses.

4. User Contributions

We welcome contributions from the community! When you contribute (submit pull requests, report issues, suggest features, or provide feedback), you agree that:

• Your contributions become licensed under the same license as the project you are contributing to.
• You grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute your contributions as part of the project.
• You represent that your contributions are your original work and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify contributions at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We are a small personal studio and make no guarantees regarding the availability, maintenance, or longevity of any specific project. Projects may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aokaze Studio, its founder, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Projects — including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or loss of profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our Projects and website may link to external websites or services (e.g., GitHub, YouTube, third-party libraries). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
